Peoplefy, a talent solutions firm, has announced the appointment of Mohan Rajamani as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO).
In this role, Mohan will spearhead Peoplefy’s expansion into allied HR & Talent services, including Executive Search, Specialist Staffing, and HR Advisory Consulting.
Mohan brings over 30 years of diverse experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, having worked across technology, financial services, BPM, retail, manufacturing, oil & gas, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. His track record includes leadership roles at renowned organizations like Wipro, Numeric, Randstad, TranSearch and Executive Access, where he has consistently delivered growth and operational excellence.
An INSEAD alumnus, Mohan is also a certified Executive Coach, guiding senior professionals, CXOs, and business owners across various industries. His leadership style combines strategic vision with an execution-first mindset, making him a driving force for innovation and value creation.
