Pantomath Financial Services Group, a mid-market financial conglomerate, announced the appointment of Abhishek Gupta as Managing Director & Chief Customer Officer.
With over 25 years of diverse experience across financial services, retail, and telecom, Gupta has built a reputation for shaping iconic brands, driving customer-first growth strategies, and steering large-scale marketing transformations.
At Pantomath, Gupta will lead Marketing, Communications and Customer Experiences across the Group’s flagship entities, including Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company, and Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited, among others.
Prior to joining Pantomath, Gupta served as Director & Chief Marketing Officer at Edelweiss Life Insurance for over seven years, where he played a pivotal role in creating a differentiated customer proposition and accelerating the company’s growth journey. His leadership career also includes senior roles as Senior Vice President & Head of Marketing at Edelweiss Group, Chief Marketing Officer at The MobileStore, and General Manager – Marketing at Bharti Retail.
