OrangeGlobal Stories, a platform in the audio OTT space, has bolstered its leadership team with strategic appointments to key positions. The appointments include Amar Vanzara as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Aditya Kale as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Tina Chakrabarti as Head of Human Resources, Preetam Thingalaya as Head of Marketing, and Pranay Naigaonkar as Head of Production.
This leadership enhancement marks a pivotal step in OrangeGlobal Stories’ journey as it gears up for the highly anticipated launch of Eshtory.
The New Leadership Team:
- Amar Vanzara, Chief Financial Officer (CFO): A Chartered Accountant with 19 years of experience, Amar has held senior roles at Citigroup Services India, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan Chase. At Eshtory, he will oversee financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure sustainable growth aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Aditya Kale, Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Aditya brings extensive expertise in technology, innovation, and scalable systems across industries like gaming, healthcare, and social media. With credentials like CISSP and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Aditya has led transformative projects, including IoT ecosystems and predictive analytics platforms. At Eshtory, he will spearhead technology innovation to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Tina Chakrabarti, Head of Human Resources: A Six Sigma-certified leader with 24 years of experience, Tina has worked with global giants such as IBM, Genpact, and Accenture. Passionate about fostering innovation and empowering talent, she will drive Eshtory’s talent strategy and build a high-performing workplace culture.
- Preetam Thingalaya, Head of Marketing: With over two decades of expertise in digital marketing, Preetam has spearheaded award-winning campaigns and brand launches for leading companies like ZEE5 and Hindustan Unilever. At Eshtory, he will lead marketing strategies to elevate the brand’s identity and drive audience engagement.
- Pranay Naigaonkar, Head of Production: A media veteran with over 20 years of experience, Pranay has worked with My FM, Hungama, and leading entertainment brands. Known for his innovation in audio and video production, Pranay will craft captivating content that defines Eshtory’s storytelling excellence.
