OnGrid, a digital trust platform that provides comprehensive background verification services announced the appointment of Manav Jain as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Manav brings with him over two decades of experience in a career that spans diverse sectors including SaaS, fintech, IT, and manufacturing and has held key business and functional HR leadership roles at Loconav, Paytm, Microsoft, and the Murugappa Group.
He also co-founded two hiring-tech startups, UniHyr and Hyrr, and has closely worked at the intersection of business, HR, and technology. An alumnus of XLRI (2004) and the Asian Institute of Management, Manila (2010), Manav’s background combines operational depth with a strong sense of enterprise and domain knowledge.
At OnGrid, Manav will focus on strengthening customer success and business operations to ensure efficient and sustainable growth. His role will also extend across key functions such as revenue strategy & growth, technology, HR, finance, legal, and administration.
