Novotel Pune announced the appointment of Manali Khatavkar as the new Marketing and Communication Manager.
With over 12 years of rich and diverse experience across the hospitality, healthcare, and event sectors, Manali steps into her new role with a reputation for strategic thinking, digital innovation, and impactful brand storytelling.
In her new position, Manali will spearhead the hotel’s integrated marketing and communication initiatives, overseeing brand positioning, digital marketing, public relations, content strategy, and social media engagement. Her focus will be on amplifying the hotel’s brand narrative, driving guest engagement, enhancing media visibility, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Manali served as Marketing and Communications Manager at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort, where she led the marketing function for both properties. Her previous roles include tenures at renowned brands such as Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, Dr. D.Y. Patil Super Specialty Hospital, and The Orchid Hotel Pune, where she was responsible for end-to-end brand communication.
Manali holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing Analytics, and Public Relations from MICA and UpGrad, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management & Marketing.
