Karthikeyan, with an MBA in International Business from Singapore, has had an extraordinary journey in the hospitality industry, having worked through key cities such as Chennai, Trivandrum, and Bangalore for the last decade. With a strong background in hospitality management, Karthikeyan has held key leadership positions across major hotel brands, where he has successfully implemented guest-centric strategies, optimized operational workflows, and driven sustainable business growth. His deep understanding of global hospitality trends and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the leadership team at Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
His experience is further complemented by impactful secondment assignments at Hilton properties in Agra, Bangalore, and Jaipur, which give him a well-rounded understanding of diverse hospitality landscapes.
