Vinayak’s career began in 2006 and has since seen him working with leading hospitality brands such as Marriott International and IHG. He has demonstrated excellence in driving revenue, leading sales teams, and optimizing customer satisfaction. His previous experience has given him in-depth knowledge of the region’s unique market dynamics, which will prove invaluable in his new role.
In his new role, Vinayak will focus on enhancing Novotel Goa Panjim’s market visibility, fostering long-term client relationships, and leading the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives. His collaborative leadership style and local knowledge will be key drivers of the hotel’s continued success.
