London-based consumer tech company Nothing has announced the close of its third community funding round, raising more than $8 million and adding over 5,000 new investors from more than 80 countries.
With this round, Nothing’s community now includes 13,000 members who have collectively invested $16 million across three rounds.
The latest round of investment was done at a valuation of $1.3 billion. It was hosted on Crowdcube and Wefunder, with public access opening on December 11 2025.

Nothing has raised more than $450 million so far from investors, including Tiger Global, GV, Highland Europe, EQT and Qualcomm Ventures. It closed a $200 million Series C funding round in September 2025 at $1.3 billion valuation.
