Bose Corporation, a global audio powerhouse has invested $20 million (approximately ₹173 crore) in Noise, a Gurugram-based audio wearables brand.
This marks Bose’s second investment in the Indian brand, following a $10 million strategic investment in 2023, valuing Noise at $420 million. The American company continues to remain Noise’s sole external investor.
The news of the latest funding was shared by Noise Co-Founder Amit Khatri.
“Thrilled to share that Bose has reinvested $20 million in Noise. Last year, we welcomed Bose Corporation as a strategic investor — their belief in our vision helped us push the boundaries in wearables and audio innovation,” Amit Khatri worite on LinkedIn.

Founded in 2014, Noise has grown to become one of the country’s leading smartwatch and hearable brands, offering smartwatches, wireless earphones, and speakers through its website and major e-commerce platforms. In a strategic move last year, the company unveiled an audio product powered by ‘Sound by Bose’, reinforcing its collaboration with the global audio giant.
Recently, Noise announced its launch in two retail destinations — Selfridges, London and Printemps, Paris after the brand’s successful rollout in Virgin Megastores, UAE.
