Niraamaya Wellness Retreats, a luxury hospitality brand has announced the appointment of Gourav Deb as its new Chief of Operations.
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and IT-enabled services (ITES) sectors, Gourav has made significant contributions to operational excellence at several esteemed companies, including Radisson Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, The LaLiT, and Firstsource Solutions Limited.
His diverse expertise and strong commitment to people-centric practices have consistently driven business performance and operational success.
Gourav began his career in 1995 at TGI Fridays in India and has since held leadership positions in several prestigious organizations. He graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM Gwalior) in 1995 and also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
