DotMe, a creator-tech platform empowering influencers, creators, and digital entrepreneurs, announced that renowned media personality, music curator, and culture architect Nikhil Chinapa has joined the company as a strategic advisor.
The development follows Chinapa’s discovery and early use of DotMe, after which he expressed strong admiration for the product’s potential to redefine how creators engage, monetize, and build communities online. While the terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the partnership marks a significant milestone for the homegrown platform.
Widely credited with shaping India’s electronic music movement, Chinapa is the co-founder of Submerge, a dance music collective, and has been instrumental in curating major festivals such as Sunburn and VH1 Supersonic. His deep understanding of youth culture, entertainment, and community-building gives him a unique vantage point in the evolving creator economy.
Nikhil Chinapa, Strategic Advisor, DotMe, said, “DotMe represents what the new India stands for—products built with ambition, clarity, and the ability to scale globally. I believe platforms like these will shape the future of how creators interact with their audiences. I’m excited to join the journey and contribute to taking Indian innovation to the world.”
Harsh Vijaykumar, co-founder, DotMe, said, “Nikhil brings unmatched experience from the entertainment, digital culture, and creator spaces. His belief in building for the world from India aligns deeply with DotMe’s mission. His presence as a Director strengthens our vision and pushes us to innovate even faster.”
Founded in 2023 by Harsh Vijaykumar, Ajay Ghanti, Pranay Jain, and Akshay ND, DotMe is a suite of creator tools that transform link-in-bio and influencer discovery with products that enable creators and brands to connect, monetize, and engage audiences through an easy ecosystem for growth and real-time engagement.
DotMe enables creators, freelancers and businesses in India & worldwide with seamless link management, revolutionising online engagement through intuitive design and innovative features.
DotMe has quickly become a favored tool among creators for simplifying and centralizing their digital identity, especially through its beautifully designed link-in-bio ecosystem, which enables users to share content, sell products, manage communities, and track engagement from a single, seamless hub.
The company is now expanding its vision beyond individual creators. DotMe is currently developing a B2B suite for agencies and brands, enabling them to manage creators, campaigns, and analytics through a unified dashboard.
In March 2025, DotMe raised $150,000 in funding led by a strategic investor and ex-cofounder of Jimmy’s Cocktails, Mirza L. Baig, at a valuation of $1.25 million.
