New Relic, the Intelligent Observability company, announced the appointment of Simon Rizkalla as Vice President of Customer Advocacy for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.
Rizkalla brings over 25 years of enterprise SaaS, AI, and digital infrastructure experience to the role, having most recently served as co-founder and CEO of HybridAI. Rizkalla has also held senior sales and leadership positions across Asia Pacific at Cisco, Red Hat, and Alcatel-Lucent.
Based in Singapore, Rizkalla will lead Customer Advocacy for the region, partnering closely with customers to accelerate adoption, solve critical business challenges, and enable them to exceed their observability goals.
