Netflix has announced that Nikita Aneja has joined its Talent function as HR – Business Partnering. In her role, she will help drive Netflix’s dynamic talent agenda, focusing on building high-performing teams and nurturing a culture that supports bold storytelling across the global content powerhouse.
Prior to this, she was Lead – HR for the Ads business at JioHotstar and as Head – HR, Sports at Viacom18 (pre-merger), where she was instrumental in setting up and scaling the HR charter for the Sports business.
Nikita brings over a decade of experience in HR leadership across media, entertainment, financial services, and automotive sectors. She has previously held senior roles at Disney Star, Edelweiss, Tata Motors, and Godrej, where she led people strategy, business partnering, and leadership development.
Nikita holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management and a BBA from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
