NetCom+, the AI-native eLearning platform under Sarder Inc., has announced the appointment of Abdul Ahad, General Manager – Global Expansion. In this role, he will drive global user growth, spearhead product innovation, and expand the company’s presence in emerging markets.
With over 20 years of experience in training, workforce development, and product innovation, Abdul brings a proven track record of leadership in advancing technology-driven learning. He began his career as a Tech-Support Executive in 2003, later becoming Head of Learning and Development at NetCom Learning. Over the years, he has been recognized with the Intuit North Star Award at IBM-Daksh for outstanding customer support, and earned recognition in the 2007 Gallup Employee Engagement Survey. His professional certifications in data science, SHRM-SCP, and psychometric testing further strengthen his expertise in building scalable, AI-enabled learning platforms.
Abdul’s immediate priorities at NetCom+ include accelerating global user acquisition to reach five million learners within six months, scaling the platform’s AI-powered IT certification programs, and forging strategic partnerships with a focus on expansion into underserved markets across the Global South. His leadership will play a central role in advancing NetCom+’s mission to educate and certify one billion learners worldwide by bridging academic-corporate skill gaps and delivering innovative, accessible upskilling solutions.
