Naxatra Labs, a deeptech startup focused on designing and manufacturing high-efficiency electric motors for EVs and industrial applications, announced the appointment of Vijay Nair as Head – HR & Administration.
With over 30 years of distinguished experience, Vijay Nair Nair has been associated with leading organizations across industries, bringing deep expertise in HR leadership, administrative governance, and people-centric management.
Prior to joining Naxatra Labs, he served as Head – HR & Administration at International Centre of Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate).
Founded in 2021 by Abhilash Maurya, Arnav Biswas and Piyush Verma, Naxatra Labs is a deeptech startup that designs and manufactures high-efficiency electric motors for electric vehicles (EVs) and industrial applications.
Recently, Naxatra Labs raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rainmatter.
