A distinguished industry leader, Sanjay brings over two decades of experience across Sales, Marketing, P&L Management, and Digital Transformation. Under his leadership, Bioderma has emerged as a leading brand in India’s rapidly expanding dermo-cosmetic sector, delivering remarkable sales growth and profitability.
In his expanded role, Sanjay will now spearhead Bioderma’s strategic roadmap across South Asia, including Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, with a focus on unlocking new growth opportunities, enhancing market access, and strengthening the brand’s doctor-led and digital-first engagement models across the region.
His tenure has been marked by strategic turnarounds, driving performance through operational excellence, disciplined execution, and innovative growth models. He has also been a catalyst for talent development, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in learning, agility, and innovation. Thanks to his leadership, India has become a strategic priority for NAOS, with ambitious plans to double revenue and scale reach through increased investment in marketing, digital commerce, and omnichannel distribution.
Prior to joining NAOS, Sanjay held leadership roles at Abbott, leading marketing initiatives across dermatology divisions. A pharmacist by education, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, making him a forward-thinking leader in the healthcare and beauty industries.
