Namdev Finvest, a Jaipur-based Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), has announced the appointment of Sahil Taneja as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO).
With over 25 years of experience in financial services and banking, Taneja brings a wealth of expertise across MSME lending, Retail Assets, Branch Banking, Rural & Agri Finance, and Priority Sector Lending (PSL).
A visionary and people-centric leader, Taneja is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving scalable growth, and maintaining strong portfolio quality. Prior to joining Namdev Finvest, he held leadership positions at Finova Capital and ICICI Bank, where he was instrumental in expanding business operations and strengthening customer-focused strategies.
He holds a PGDBM from FORE School of Management and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, bringing a unique combination of technical and managerial expertise to the role.
