n8n, an artificial intelligence (AI) agent startup, has raised $180 million in its Series C funding round led by Accel with participation from Meritech Capital Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Evantic Capital and Visionaries Club.
The round also saw participation from corporate investors NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm) and T.Capital, with previous backers including Felicis Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Highland Europe and HV Capital making follow-on investments as well.
Series C funding brings the total funding to $240 million and valuation to $2.5 billion.
The fresh funds raised will be used to deepen AI capabilities, broaden its enterprise SaaS offering, and expand further into the U.S. market, which now accounts for roughly half of its users.
Founded in 2019 by Jan Oberhauser, n8n is a workflow automation platform that uniquely combines AI capabilities with business process automation. The platform enables connection to any app or API while maintaining the flexibility of code with the speed of no-code.
