Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions has announced the appointment of Arjun Raj Kher as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
He brings over two decades of expertise in business enhancement through strategic marketing initiatives. Kher steps into the role with a strong legacy of driving brand growth, spearheading expansion, and building high-performance teams across India’s F&B landscape.
His experience spans marketing operations, category management, business development, P&L ownership, stakeholder management, and brand positioning.
Over his career, Arjun has helmed leadership mandates across well-known concepts, including Hitchki, Bayroute, Flax, Yazu, Juliette, and Maai, and previously played a pivotal role at Mirah Hospitality from 2017–2021.
Having collaborated with an impressive portfolio of hospitality, nightlife, and dining brands from Grand Hyatt’s China House to HQ, Athena, Provogue Lounge, Ra, White, Prive, Valhalla, Indigo, AER, and Tote on the Turf, Arjun has established himself as a leader who blends strategic foresight with operational precision.
In his new role as CMO, Arjun will oversee brand vision, integrated marketing strategy, digital transformation, and customer-experience-led growth for Mirah’s portfolio. His empathetic leadership style, strong adaptability to technology, and ability to cultivate high-performing teams position him to accelerate the company’s next phase of expansion.
