MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Akhil Tanwar, Ashwani Kumar and Madhuri Nilesh Dixit as Deputy General Managers – Sales & Marketing.
Akhil Tanwar and Ashwani Kumar join as Deputy General Managers – Sales & Marketing at MAYFAIR Regional Office North – Delhi.
Tanwar brings with him over 22 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in sales strategy, corporate partnerships, and destination-led business development.
His professional journey includes associations with reputed hospitality brands such as Clarion, InterContinental Hotels Group, Jaypee Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, IHCL (Taj Hotels). Prior to joining MAYFAIR, he was associated with Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & Jaipur Exhibition Convention Centre as Associate Director of Sales.
Ashwani Kumar brings with him 17 years of diverse experience across hospitality, events, and integrated sales platforms. He began his career with The Oberoi, New Delhi, in Food & Beverage Events and has since contributed to organizations such as Weddingz.in, Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana, and The Lalit Group of Hotels, Delhi, where he most recently served as Associate Head of Sales.
Madhuri Nilesh Dixit joins as Deputy General Manager – Sales & Marketing at MAYFAIR West Region, based in Mumbai.
Dixit brings over 16 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, with strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and brand positioning.
Her professional journey includes leadership roles with leading hospitality brands such as JW Marriott Goa, Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa, Lonavala, and Fairmont Jaipur. She is recognized for her strategic acumen, relationship-driven leadership, and her ability to strengthen brand visibility across key markets.
