This brand refresh extends beyond a simple redesign. Collaborating with Ian Wormleighton of UK’s Twin Associates, renowned for their work with leading broadcasters like the BBC, Manorama News has introduced a fresh logo, larger fonts, and digital-first graphics that significantly enhance clarity and visual appeal. Breaking news, weather insights, and sports updates are now featured more prominently.
Manorama News has also launched shows like “Actually Enthannu Sambhavichathu,” “Trending News,” and “Innu Nadannathu,” offering in-depth coverage of news and events relevant to viewers.
This comprehensive initiative is now fully integrated across Manorama News’s TV channel, digital platforms, and mobile app.
The campaign’s core, the distinctive Malayalam tagline “Neril Kaanam” (Right in Front of You), emphasizes immediacy and trust, resonating deeply with audiences.
The “Neril Kaanam” campaign employs a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy, utilizing TV, print, online, and outdoor advertising to deliver a unified brand message across all touchpoints where Malayalis engage with news.
Manorama News has also released six promotional videos featuring news anchors, a first in the industry, to connect personally with the audience.
