ManipalCigna Health Insurance has announced the appointment of Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Chatterjee will be responsible for overseeing ManipalCigna’s HR strategies, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include driving the company’s people agenda, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity, and aligning HR practices to drive organizational growth.
Chatterjee comes with 20 years of experience in Human Resources.
Prior to joining, ManipalCigna, Richa held the role of CHRO and President at Indian Infoline Group, where she steered the organization through effective Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organization Effectiveness initiatives and HR transformation projects.
Earlier in her career, Richa has worked in various capacities within the HR domain with organizations like Network18, The Boston Consulting Group (India) and Tata Motors.
