L’Oréal, the global beauty and personal care giant, has announced the appointment of Jacques Lebel as the new Country Manager for L’Oréal India, effective October 1, 2025. He succeeds Aseem Kaushik, who will take over as Chairman of L’Oréal India.
Lebel currently heads L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in Mexico, where he led the business through a phase of accelerated growth. A seasoned global executive, he brings with him two decades of experience across Procter & Gamble and AB InBev in Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa.
Aseem Kaushik, who has been with L’Oréal India since the 1990s, is credited with establishing major consumer brands like Garnier and Maybelline in the country. As Chairman, he will now focus on enhancing corporate reputation, managing public affairs, and deepening stakeholder engagement and CSR initiatives.
