LiaPlus AI, a startup that creates AI-powered call assistants and virtual AI employees for customer support, has raised ₹2 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angel Network (CAN), Growth Sense, and Growth91.
The newly secured funds will be directed towards team expansion, forging global partnerships, and advancing technology.
LiaPlus AI specializes in providing AI Employees—artificially intelligent customer support agents that can handle tasks in 18 different languages, including English, Hindi, and Arabic.
These AI Employees not only conduct customer interactions but also take post-call actions such as sending emails and WhatsApp messages. The company’s innovative approach allows businesses to focus on strategic decision-making and networking, while AI Employees manage routine customer interactions, effectively enhancing sales and customer success.

The company aims to capitalize on the growing AI software and services market, which is projected to reach $300-320 billion by 2027.
