Leap, a global platform focused on international education and career opportunities, has elevated Rajan Chaudhary as Co-Founder.
As Co-Founder, Rajan will continue to lead Leap’s technology and platform development initiatives, with a strong focus on embedding AI to enhance personalization, efficiency, and scalability – accelerating Leap’s mission to empower students across the globe.
Rajan, who joined Leap over five years ago, brings more than a decade of prior experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams. Throughout his journey at Leap, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s technological evolution, scaling its platforms, and advancing product innovation.
Over the years, he has transitioned from an individual contributor to leading critical functions across engineering, product innovation, SEO, and strategic business initiatives. His rare ability to blend deep technical expertise with business acumen and a founder’s mindset has made him a cornerstone of Leap.
