LEAD Group, a school learning systems company, has announced key leadership appointments as part of its ambitious ‘LEAD Vision 2030’ plan to ready the organisation for growth, scale, and deeper impact over the next five years.
Moiz Saif takes over as Chief Financial Officer. Moiz brings deep financial acumen and scaling experience to his expanded role. He will play a critical role in ensuring LEAD’s fiscal discipline and in shaping its journey towards listing.
Deepak Hariharan has been elevated to Chief Business Officer. Deepak will spearhead growth through deeper school partnerships and engagement, ensuring LEAD’s solutions reach more schools across India’s diverse geographies.
Prasad Narasimha has joined LEAD Group as Head of HR. Prasad will drive LEAD’s culture, leadership development, and talent strategy. His focus will be on building organisational strength to support scale while nurturing LEAD’s mission-driven ethos.
Ajay Kashyap, formerly Chief Product Officer, takes on additional responsibility as Chief Product and Technology Officer. By uniting product and technology under one leadership, Ajay will accelerate innovation at the intersection of pedagogy, engineering and AI-powered solutions.
