Ketto Foundation, the strategic philanthropic and CSR arm of Ketto, a crowdfunding platform, announced the appointment of Shilpa Mishra as the new Executive Director.
With over 14 years of experience across leading Indian non-profits and philanthropic institutions, Shilpa brings a track record of strategic fundraising, building institutions, and aligning philanthropy with community voice and civic purpose.
In her new role, she will lead the Foundation’s next phase of growth, focusing on scaling direct CSR implementation, innovating workplace giving models, and strengthening community-based systems with a commitment to equity, empathy, and impact.
Prior to joining Ketto Foundation, she held leadership roles at Bhumi, GiveIndia, and Make A Difference, and was associated with Avasara Academy, Tata Strive, and The Akanksha Foundation. Her track record includes mobilising ₹150+ crore across CSR and institutional partnerships, impacting over a million lives, and spearheading scalable, compliance-aligned philanthropic models.
