Kapture CX, an AI-first customer experience platform, announced the appointment of RudraPrasad Nanjundappa as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
In this strategic role, RudraPrasad will spearhead the implementation of Kapture’s Agentic AI product suite, and customer success initiatives, enhance client engagement, and align customer-centric strategies to support Kapture CX’s ambitious global expansion plans.
Prior to joining Kapture CX, RudraPrasad Nanjundappa was Regional Vice President-Professional Services at Eightfold AI where he helped establish the APAC PS team and oversaw enterprise product implementations for Fortune customers across APAC and EMEA.
In his career spanning ~23 years, he has played leadership roles in organisations like Eightfold AI, LinkedIn, Cognizant, and Infosys and also successfully co-founded a health-tech start-up. RudraPrasad has proven expertise in leading and building high-performance teams in areas of CRM consulting, Professional Services, Customer Experience & Success in helping global customers.
