JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar announced the appointment of Kelvin Lee as the Director of Rooms. With over 15 years of experience across India’s leading luxury hotels, Kelvin brings strong operational expertise and a proven record of elevating guest experience.
An alumnus of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, Kelvin has been associated with iconic properties including The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Oberoi Amarvilas, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Trident Bandra Kurla Mumbai, and The Oberoi Gurgaon. His experience spans pre-opening assignments, rooms division, and Food & Beverage operations.
Kelvin has played key roles in the launch of Trident Hyderabad and ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata. Most recently, as the Front Office Manager at The Oberoi Amarvilas, he led guest experience and operational excellence. Prior to this, he played a key role in Front Office Operations at Trident Jaipur, overseeing overall hotel operations, financial performance, team development, and more.
At JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Kelvin will lead the Rooms Division, focusing on service enhancement, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
