JSA Advocates & Solicitors, a Corporate law firm has announced the appointment of Pritha Chatterjee as a Retained Partner in its Banking & Finance Practice.
She has a strong track record of having regularly advised leading domestic and international banks, investors, financial institutions, large corporates, and multilateral agencies, on a range of complex matters and deals of high value.
Pritha joins JSA from IndusLaw, bringing with her extensive experience in structured finance and debt capital markets. Her impressive career includes stints at leading firms Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she honed her expertise in these key areas of law.
Pritha is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, 2013 and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
