Jio BlackRock Asset Management, a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Financial Services and BlackRock, announced the appointment of its executive leadership team.
JioBlackRock Asset Management’s leadership team brings together asset management experience, digital innovation and customer-centric product design.
JioBlackRock AMC has appointed Sid Swaminathan as Managing Director and CEO.
The key leadership appointments are:
- Amit Bhosale, Chief Risk Officer
- Amol Pai, Chief Technology Officer
- Biraja Tripathy, Head of Product
- Disha Bhandary, Head of Human Resources
- Garima Nahar, Head of Legal
- Gaurav Nagori, Chief Operating Officer
- Hemanti Wadhwa, Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary
- Komal Narang, Chief Client Officer
Sid Swaminathan, Managing Director & CEO of JioBlackRock Asset Management, said, “This is a milestone moment for JioBlackRock Asset Management. JioBlackRock Asset Management received SEBI approval on May 26, 2025, to commence its mutual fund business.
