Jai Maharashtra, a Marathi news channel, has announced the appointment of Shailesh Hegde as its Business Head.
In his new role, Hegde will oversee all verticals, including Editorial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and the Business Team, reporting directly to him.
With over 25 years of experience in the media industry, Hegde has held roles at major companies such as Indian Express, Zee Entertainment, Sony Pictures, and ABP Network.
Notably, he spent 14.5 years at ABP Network, serving as Vice President – Sales & Channel Head of ABP Majha and ABP Asmita, as well as the West Branch Head for the network’s entire channel portfolio.
