Interweave Consulting, a global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting provider announced the appointment of Anima Nair as Head of its newly launched Neurodiversity Vertical.
Anima brings over a decade of expertise in fostering inclusion for neurodivergent individuals, informed by her lived experience as a parent to an autistic son.
As former Director of NeuroGifted, she designed frameworks for neuroinclusive workplaces, while her role as co-founder of NGO Sense Kaleidoscopes empowers autistic youth through art-based vocational training. An alumna of NIT Calicut and Independent Director for multiple boards, she champions systemic change across sectors. Her TEDx talk, “The Invisible Brilliance of Neurodiversity,” challenges stereotypes and highlights the untapped potential of cognitive diversity.
