Interarch Building Solutions, a player in the pre-engineered building (PEB) solutions, announced the appointment of Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal and Aditya Vij to the Board.
Both individuals bring a wealth of expertise and diverse perspectives across infrastructure, engineering, capital markets, and global operations sectors that are increasingly intersecting with the future of smart and sustainable infrastructure.
Dr. Mittal is a distinguished leader in the infrastructure and construction sector, having served as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NBCC (India) Ltd. under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. With nearly four decades of experience in civil engineering, real estate development, mergers & acquisitions, and project management, Dr. Mittal brings invaluable insights and vision to the Interarch Board.
Aditya Vij, a seasoned global business leader, has held senior leadership roles across sectors. Most recently, an Operating Partner at Kedaara Capital Advisors, he has previously served as CEO of Fortis Healthcare and held key leadership positions at General Motors in Europe and India. With over 40 years of cross-sector experience in healthcare, automotive, private equity, and aerospace, Mr. Vij’s appointment is expected to enhance Interarch’s strategic growth capabilities.
