Manish Mahajan, joins InsuranceDekho as Chief Business Officer – Consumer Business. He comes with more than 2 decades of experience, having worked with leading insurance companies like Aviva Life Insurance and Max Life Insurance. In his role, he will drive expansion and forge critical partnerships to scale InsuranceDekho’s operations. His experience in scaling businesses and building high-performance sales teams will be key in driving InsuranceDekho’s consumer business strategy.
Sonali Mitra, steps in as Vice President to lead strategic projects in the Founder’s office. She comes with more than 17 years of experience across large MNCs and startups including Mondelez, Ikea, Flipkart, and Pepperfry to name a few. At InsuranceDekho she is tasked with steering strategic initiatives in the Founder’s office and will be responsible for crafting and implementing plans, navigating market dynamics to drive long-term success.
Nishant Gupta, steps in as Vice President of Technology. Armed with 14 years of tech leadership experience from BharatPe and Goibibo/MakeMyTrip, Nishant will oversee key engineering initiatives and advance InsuranceDekho’s technological capabilities. With a focus on innovation and technology integration, Nishant will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
Prashant Kalaver joins as Head of Internal Audit. He has more than 2 decades of extensive experience with industry giants like Citibank and Aviva Life Insurance. Prashant will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s governance framework and internal control systems.
Shruti Kapoor joins as Finance Controller at InsuranceDekho. With a rich experience of over 18 years across consulting and insurance, she will ensure robust fiscal management, taxation, risk management, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting sustainable growth. Previously she has been with Aviva India, KPMG, and PwC.
