InsuranceDekho, an insurtech company has made strategic appointments across key functions including business strategy, sales, and analytics.
This move comes in the wake of InsuranceDekho’s recent hiring expansion, reinforcing the company’s vision to build a strong leadership team to support its long-term goals.
Navneet Bhatt has joined as Chief Business Officer for New Business (MGA, Reinsurance and Actuarial Analytics). With over 23 years of experience spanning actuarial analytics, underwriting, and business strategy, Navneet has previously held senior roles at Takaful Oman Insurance, Tata AIG, and Royal Sundaram Alliance.
His deep understanding of insurance and proven ability to integrate analytics with diverse business models will be instrumental in advancing InsuranceDekho’s forays into newer segments.
Vivek Aggarwal has been appointed as the VP – Head of Finance. With more than 23 years of experience across companies such as HCL, Genpact, Airtel, and Info Edge, Vivek brings expertise across the IT/ITES and Internet sectors.
He is recognized for his ability to streamline business processes, enhance compliance, and build strong investor relations. Vivek’s leadership is set to drive a significant and lasting impact on key functions of business finance, controllership, taxation, and FP & A.
In addition to augmenting talent from outside, InsuranceDekho underscored its commitment to growing internal talent by elevating Aman Batra as its Chief Strategy Officer.
With over 12 years of expertise in Business Strategy, Corporate Development, and Data Analytics, Aman has been a vital part of InsuranceDekho for more than four years now. His vision and contributions have been pivotal to the company’s growth trajectory.
