With over 25 years of leadership experience across real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, banking, financial services, and wealth management, Om brings a proven track record of building businesses from the ground up, driving profitability, and delivering large-scale projects across India and global markets.
Prior to joining Inspira Realty, Om served as Managing Director – Mumbai at Colliers, where he led strategic growth initiatives and strengthened the firm’s market position. His career includes senior leadership roles as Group CEO at Mfar Holdings, COO – Residential at K Raheja Corp, CEO – Residential at Brigade Group, and CEO – Residential India at JLL, where he built the residential business from inception into a market leader. He has also held leadership positions in YES Bank, Emkay Global, and Merrill Lynch, managing high-value portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients across geographies.
