Inspira Enterprise, a global cybersecurity services organization announced the appointment of Lalith Sharma as President and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Based in Mumbai, Lalith will report to Chetan Jain, Managing Director, Inspira Enterprise.
He joined Inspira after 17+ years at Sify Technologies, where he most recently served as CHRO.
Lalith brings over 24 years of extensive experience in the IT and BFSI industries, specializing in Human Resources and Learning & Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the HR initiatives, designing impactful training and development initiatives, focussing on workforce innovation, driving HR strategies, and aligning them with the organization’s business goals.
Earlier in his career, Lalith held HR roles at MetLife India Insurance and AMCO Batteries. His expertise includes talent acquisition, leadership hiring, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, change management, employee communication, executive collaboration, metrics and people analytics, leadership development, and HiPo. Lalith has experience leading large HR teams, implementing innovative programs, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. He is dedicated the advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion and works to create a positive work environment that supports employee growth, and retention & succession.
