Innovartan, the edtech company redefining competitive exam readiness for school students, announced the appointment of Ravi Sharma as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Ravi brings a decade of experience in building high-performance tech teams, scaling product infrastructure, and driving deep-tech innovation across global companies.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Inflection.io, where he successfully established and scaled the Bengaluru office, and implemented large-scale data processing through Apache Flink.
Prior to that, Ravi was Vice President of Engineering at Embibe, where he led a 300-member engineering team and played a key role in scaling the platform during a period in which the company raised $300 million in funding. He was also selected as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneurs First in Paris, a prestigious program backed by Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Greylock, and Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund.
At Innovartan, Ravi will lead the technology strategy and innovation roadmap—accelerating the platform’s ability to deliver AI-enabled, school-integrated test preparation solutions that remove students’ dependency on external coaching.

Founded in 2023 by Prashant Sharma, Innovartan partners with schools to enhance their academic infrastructure, helping them become hubs of innovation, learning, and success for students and teachers alike.
Innovartan recently received funding from prominent angel investors including Gokul Rajaram and Amit Singhal.
