Incuspaze, an office space solution startup, has appointed Mayank Kaushik as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Kapil Poddar as Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
Mayank Kaushik, with over 16 years of leadership experience across the real estate and hospitality sectors. His background spans P&L leadership, consulting, fundraising and investments, operations, and strategic planning. At Incuspaze as a COO, he will oversee the Procurement, IT Infrastructure, Facilities Management – Operations, Food & Beverage, Design & Build, and Client Relationship Management.
Kapil Poddar has 20+ years of experience, has diverse experience in various B2B & B2C companies, and will lead financial strategy, capital allocation, and fundraising efforts to align with the company’s expansion goals and upcoming IPO preparedness.

Founded in 2016 by Sanjay Choudhary, Incuspaze is a workspace provider with a presence in 50 locations across 18 cities with a total portfolio of 4 Mn. sq. ft.

In July 2024, Incuspaze announced a $8 million fundraise and is currently in the process of raising an additional $25 million to support its expansion.
Over the past year, the company has added over 1.7 million sq. ft. of office space in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, and Lucknow to meet the surging demand for managed office solutions.
Incuspaze plans to launch 100 centres by 2027 and scale up operations, strengthening its leasing portfolio, including a growing focus on fit-out leasing and enhancing service delivery across all touchpoints.
