ILine.ai Solutions, an EV-focused marketplace for last-mile delivery, has raised $500,000 in an angel funding round led by climate-tech and mobility investors.
The funds raised will be used to expand into tier-2 cities and deepen AI integration to optimize low-emission deliveries.
Over the next 18 months, ILine will allocate 55% of the funds to expand operations into Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhopal, Ahmedabad and Surat and seven additional tier-2 cities by December 2025, while establishing two regional operations hubs. Another 25% will support scaling the EV driver marketplace, aiming to onboard 20,000 new electric vehicle pilots.
Founded in 2025 by Shailesh R. Singh and Virral Patel, ILine operates a dual-app marketplace focused on low-emission last-mile deliveries using electric vehicles. Its AI-powered dispatch engine aims to reduce idle miles and improve route efficiency.
ILine offers brands a compelling, future-proof logistics partner. Its EV-first fleet not only slashes running costs for drivers but also helps shippers comply with tightening emission mandates.
The company offers features such as carbon savings analytics, real-time tracking, and OTP-secured drop-offs.
ILine is targeting a 12-city footprint and 30,000 daily orders by Q4 2026. The company is committed to achieving net-zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2028, reinforcing its role as a sustainability-first logistics innovator.
The company also plans co-marketing campaigns with EV OEMs, state transport departments, and sustainability NGOs to drive adoption and awareness.
Prakarsh Dwivedi, Founder & CEO, ILine said, “Clean mobility is no longer a niche—it’s the new industry baseline. This capital lets us plant ILine flags in India’s fastest-growing tier-2 markets, bring thousands of electric two-, three- and four-wheelers onto the platform, and fine-tune the AI that squeezes every kilometre of range for maximum impact. It’s a resounding vote of confidence in our vision to make green logistics the default choice.”
