Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), a hospitality company, announced the signing of a Vivanta and a Ginger in Hosur. These greenfield projects will be developed on a 3-acre land parcel.
The 150-key Vivanta will offer a refined experience with modern decor that reflects the vibrant energy of Hosur. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar.
The hotel will offer a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and versatile banquet spaces to accommodate business events and gatherings. Embodying its lean luxe philosophy, the 200-key Ginger will feature an all-day dining cum bar, a gym, and meeting facilities, catering to the needs of today’s modern travelers who seek style and efficiency.
Located in close proximity to Bengaluru on the border of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Hosur is a fast-emerging city with multiple manufacturing, electronics and chemicals industries.
With the addition of these hotels, IHCL will have a presence of 22 hotels with 6 under development in Tamil Nadu.
