Ideabaaz, a discovery and funding platform, announced the appointment of Mudit Kumar as its Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With nearly two decades of experience across private banking, wealth strategy, and strategic investments, Mudit will play a key role in building Ideabaaz’s mission to connect high-potential founders from emerging cities with capital, mentorship, and markets.
An entrepreneur, startup mentor, strategic investor, and ecosystem enabler, Mudit has worked with leading institutions including Aditya Birla Group, ICICI Securities Private Wealth, and most recently, LGT Wealth India, where he served as Senior Director advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, promoters, and family offices.
Beyond wealth management, Mudit has been an active participant in India’s evolving startup ecosystem. He has invested in early-stage ventures spanning climate tech, spacetech, healthtech, legal tech, and fintech, while also mentoring founders on governance, go-to-market strategies, and purposeful innovation.
Before joining Ideabaaz, Mudit played a pivotal role at LGT Wealth India, part of the global LGT Group, where he designed wealth strategies for UHNWIs and family offices, while also helping founders navigate their fundraising journeys.
