Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel and Residences announced the promotion of Mohit Chugh to Associate Director of Events.
Mohit began his hospitality journey in the Food & Beverage department at DoubleTree by Hilton, Gurgaon, where he developed a strong foundation in guest service, operational excellence, and cross-functional teamwork.
He soon transitioned to Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan (Pune), followed by a significant tenure at Novotel Pune.
In 2022, Mohit joined Hyatt Regency Pune as Event Sales Manager, and within a short span, was elevated to Senior Sales Manager – Events.
In his new role as Associate Director of Events, Mohit will continue to lead the events team with a renewed focus on strategic planning, elevating client satisfaction, and developing bespoke event experiences that align with Hyatt’s brand promise of care and excellence. He will also play a pivotal role in mentoring young talent, nurturing a collaborative work culture, and driving revenue growth through operational innovation.
