Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida announced the appointment of Shivark Shandilya as its new Human Resources Manager.
With over 19 years of experience in human resources across hospitality, ITES, and education sectors, Shivark brings a wealth of expertise to this role. He has a distinguished track record across key areas including HR Operations, Talent Management, Labour Law Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR Business Planning, and Budgeting.
A graduate of Delhi University, Shivark holds a diploma in hotel management from I.H.M. Gwalior and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Prior to his current position, he served as the Human Resources Manager at Holiday Inn Amritsar, further solidifying his association with IHG.
In his new capacity, Shivark will lead the Human Resources function at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida. His primary focus will be on streamlining HR operations, implementing best-in-class HR policies and procedures, overseeing talent planning and recruitment, enhancing employee training and development programs, and strengthening initiatives for employee retention, rewards, and recognition.
