Hind Rectifiers, a manufacturer of Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments and Railway Transportation Systems, has announced the appointment of Manoj Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
He is recognized for his strategic vision, customer orientation, and proven ability to deliver sustainable growth. With a strong track record of scaling businesses, leading digital transformation, and building future-ready organizations, he remains deeply focused on creating long-term value in an evolving global landscape.
Before joining Hind Rectifiers, he served as Chief Executive Officer of IIMS, a CK Birla Group company, overseeing overall business strategy, growth, and operations.
Prior to this, Manoj spent a significant part of his career with Cummins India Ltd., where he held multiple senior roles, such as Vice President of the Power Generation Business and Director of the Industrial Business.
In his new role, Manoj Nair will oversee the company’s overall operations and drive the Company’s growth strategy. Nair brings with him over three decades of rich and diversified leadership experience across manufacturing, power, infrastructure, and technology-driven businesses.
