Highways Infrastructure Trust (HIT), a SEBI-registered infrastructure investment trust, announced its rebranding to Vertis Infrastructure Trust (Vertis).
Derived from the Latin word verto, meaning ‘to turn’ or ‘to evolve’, the name signifies a forward-looking mindset of thoughtful transformation.
The new identity features a refreshed visual system. At its core is the ‘Wheel of Momentum’, a dynamic logo symbolizing purposeful interdependence, progress, and continuous motion. Vertis also introduces ‘Evolution Red’ as its signature colour – a bold, confident hue wrapped in growth and ambition symbolising courageous transformation and the intent to lead from the front.
