Head Digital Works, a skill gaming platform and parent company of A23, announced the appointment of Sneha Shenoi as the new Vice President – Legal Affairs. In this role, she will join the leadership team at Head Digital Works bringing with her an impressive 16+ years of experience in the legal domain.
Sneha holds a Bachelor of Legal Science and LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai, and a Masters of Law from Harvard Law School, Cambridge, USA. Her educational qualifications underscore her commitment to excellence and her profound understanding of the legal landscape.
Before joining Head Digital Works, Sneha served as the Head of Legal for the JM Baxi Group. She has also worked with leading organizations such as Reliance Industries, India Grid Trust, and the Mahindra Group. She has also worked at Jones Day’s offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. With professional licenses from the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Sneha is an accomplished international corporate commercial lawyer.
