HCL Software, a division of HCL Technologies, announced the appointment of Rajesh Dhiman as the Area Vice President for India & South Asia.
Rajesh Dhiman will spearhead the enterprise business across critical sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and IT/ITES. In his new role, Dhiman will oversee field engagement, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage customer relations across various sectors.
Dhiman has previously held key roles at ThoughtSpot, NetApp, and Dell EMC. At ThoughtSpot, he launched and scaled operations across India and ASEAN. At NetApp, he was pivotal in establishing the Global SI business and expanding its footprint among Fortune 500 accounts.
