Hashtag Orange, an integrated marketing agency, has appointed Jayesh Punjabi as Technology Head, strengthening its focus on leveraging AI, MarTech, and automation to drive digital transformation across its operations. He will be based in the company’s Mumbai office.
With over 11 years of experience in digital transformation, MarTech automation, and AI-led innovation, Jayesh brings a strong track record of delivering technology-driven efficiencies.
Jayesh brings deep expertise across AI/ML, RPA, and agentic AI, consistently translating emerging technologies into strategic, measurable business outcomes.
Across his career, Jayesh has spearheaded large-scale automation and technology programmes that have fundamentally transformed digital marketing and production operations. By integrating AI-led automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision-making into complex ecosystems, he has delivered measurable efficiency gains, faster turnaround times, and scalable operations across global teams.
He has previously worked with Genpact, EY, and Hogarth Worldwide Studios (WPP), leading transformation initiatives for global brands such as Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, and Ford, while also supporting projects with Microsoft, Dell, GSK, and Morgan Stanley.
